Wholesale Terms

01Orders

Order quantities for first-time wholesale orders start from 50 units across the range. Bulk discount tiers apply across the full catalogue — mix and match SKUs counts toward the next tier.

• Tier 1 (Starter): 100–499 units · 10% off list
• Tier 2 (Stockist): 500–1,499 units · 18% off list · priority dispatch · Net-30 from second order
• Tier 3 (Distributor): 1,500+ units · 25% off list · territory consideration · custom packaging on request

02Payment terms

First orders are payable in full before dispatch, by bank transfer or accepted card processor. From the second order onward, Tier 2+ accounts in good standing are eligible for Net-30 terms on invoice.

• All prices are in AED unless otherwise quoted. Currency conversion at order date.
• Bank charges and currency-conversion fees are borne by the buyer.
• Late payment beyond 30 days may suspend further dispatch and trigger a 2% / month interest charge on the outstanding balance.

03Shipping & dispatch

Standard dispatch is within 3 business days of confirmed payment. Tier 2+ accounts receive priority dispatch (next business day where stock permits).

• Shipping costs are quoted with the pro-forma based on destination, volume and weight.
• Risk of loss passes to the buyer on collection by the carrier.
• Buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes and customs clearance in the destination country.
• Tracking is shared on dispatch.

04Returns & damaged goods

Wholesale orders are not returnable for change of mind. We replace product only in cases of manufacturing defect or shipping damage:

• Damaged or defective units must be reported within 14 days of receipt with photo evidence.
• We replace or credit (at our discretion) the affected units on the next order.
• Expired or short-dated stock will not be supplied. If shelf life on arrival is shorter than published, contact us immediately.

05QR authenticity programme

Every Glowtiqa unit ships with a unique 14-character code printed under a tamper-evident security seal. Codes verify at glowtiqaparis.com/verify and flip to "verified" the first time they are scanned.

• The QR programme is included at no charge on every wholesale order.
• You're encouraged to invite end customers to scan — it acts as a counter-pitch tool against counterfeits.
• If you identify multiple codes returning "already verified" on first scan, contact us — this is the signal we use to investigate counterfeits.

06Brand, trademarks & resale

"Glowtiqa", "Glowtiqa Paris" and associated logos are trademarks of Glowtiqa Paris. Wholesale purchase grants the buyer a non-exclusive licence to resell genuine, unmodified product.

• You may use product imagery and the Glowtiqa wordmark to promote stock in your store and on your channels.
• Repackaging, decanting or co-branding without written authorisation is not permitted.
• Counter-display material and co-branded marketing assets are available on request for Tier 2+ accounts.

07Disputes & governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute is to be resolved first by good-faith discussion. Unresolved disputes will be referred to the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
